I hold disdain for places like Blockbuster who are open 365 days a year and any fast food place that does this. If it's someone's own business and they choose to stay open, that's cool for them as they have a choice. For someone working for a big company / business, they have a choice too, but the choice shouldn't be work on Thanksgiving and miss out on hanging with family / friends or quit.
